The service charge includes reception services. Additional spa, restaurant, leisure and treatment services are available for an extra fee. Availability of services varies by season.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment as described in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is granted for the property. The listing descriptions are the seller’s assessments of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as-is.

It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a written binding offer to the seller. All offers will be registered publicly in the item listing.

Deeds are included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registering the share with Holiday Club Resorts (HCR) according to HCR’s price list (estimated €59), any transfer tax, and the costs of joining the RCI exchange system if they wish to connect the share to that system.


Withdrawal from the purchase

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay compensation to the seller of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, whichever is greater.
