The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold as it stands and with the equipment shown in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor does the buyer have a cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act.
