The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The Buyer has no right to exchange or return, nor does the Buyer have a right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act.

If the highest bidder fails to redeem the item for any reason, they undertake to pay compensation to the seller of 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% compensation is lower than €100.
