The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Unless expressly stated, other items shown in the pictures are not included. Any subsequent invoices issued with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer.
