The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the item. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection, transfer, packing and removal of the item and for any related costs. Uncollected goods will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed); any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details, so bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days up to weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
