The item is sold as seen and with the accessories it has in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the photos are not included unless stated otherwise. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, handling, packing and removal of the item and any related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction's details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued later with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid vehicle taxes always pass to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days to even weeks depending on the parties involved such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether money-laundering and sanctions checks are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing times.
