Note: the bankruptcy estate has not checked the functionality of machines or equipment.

Items for sale carry no seller warranty, nor does the buyer have a right to exchange or return.

Offers are binding. The buyer always has the opportunity, as agreed, to inspect the item in advance.

For shares or real estate, any paid deposit is non‑refundable if the buyer cancels the purchase.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading at their own expense.

The buyer must always disconnect equipment from electrical or water supplies safely and at their own cost.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction ending, unless the bidder is otherwise informed.

If a lot is not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees according to invoice.

If purchased goods must be moved from rental premises to our storage after a week, we will charge the bidder for transfer costs.

The goods do not include VAT because the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
