Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Participation in the auction is also possible in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, prior to making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and relevant materials. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that may be expected to affect the transaction. The condition survey and the property's consumption data will be provided on request.

Conclusion of the purchase

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The buyer pays the conveyancer's fee.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax and registration of title (and any other applicable fees) in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

The party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, reimburse the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the sale, amounting to 1,000 euros.
