Seized detached house property in Leppävirta (Sorsakoski), Leppävirta

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 20 January 2026–10 February 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 February 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system operation. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has recorded as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the www.huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 6 February 2026 at 12:00 to the following address:

The written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the online auction reference number to which the offer relates.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are urged to ensure that the contact details registered on www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner of the property will, as a rule, be the person whose bid in the online auction has been accepted. If a bidder has made a bid entirely or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

Appeals against the sale and actions relating to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. A notice of appeal is attached to the sales decision.
