The item is sold by upward bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 16/01/2026 and 06/02/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 06/02/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 16/01/2026 to 06/02/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Execution Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to stop the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 04/02/2026 at 12:00 to: Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the incrementing system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 04/02/2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the lot in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.
