The property is sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website 09 Jan 2026 - 08 Feb 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 08 Feb 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. If it is not possible to make an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 05 Feb 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold through a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 09 Jan 2026 - 08 Feb 2025. The sale period ends on 08 Feb 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

If it is not possible to leave a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the incrementing automatic. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 05 Feb 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisering, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the authority when submitting the bid.
