Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. Seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property
Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment in question and the company's documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller
The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale
The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of the share will take place at the completion meeting.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale
If the sale does not proceed due to reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller has the right to receive the agreed standard compensation.
