Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.


Sales conditions:

The property is seized and sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the Code’s general auction terms.
