Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the advertisement and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return.

No warranty is granted for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are the seller’s estimates only. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the property’s condition as is.

It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a written binding offer to the seller. All offers are registered publicly in the property listing.

The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The property may be sold only to the highest registered bidder.

The sale documents are included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registering the share according to Holiday Club Resorts (HCR) price list (estimated €39 for private individuals and €60 for companies), any transfer tax (1.5%) and costs related to joining the RCI exchange system, should they wish to link the share to that system.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the highest bidder fails to redeem the property for any reason, they agree to pay compensation to the seller equal to 10% of the purchase price or at least €100, if the 10% amount is less than €100.
