The item is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 14 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer compensation liability under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. If the highest bid is accepted, the highest bidder must immediately, on the same day of acceptance, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be submitted no later than 12 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

The item can be collected after payment of the purchase price. A transfer certificate will be issued to the buyer on collection.
