Seized property in the village of Nuutajärvi, Urjala

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 23/12/2025 and 19/01/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19/01/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the successful bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The successful bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. If they do not, the successful bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by an enforcement officer under section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, subject, where applicable, to the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
