When bled and the engine warmed, a small coolant leak started. I removed the intake manifold and beneath it a crack in the block was revealed. Previously there had been no leak, so it has likely started small and the fluid has been evaporating.
"Previously driven hot but currently the intake manifold and some hoses have been removed so the crack in the engine is visible."
