The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer compensation liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. The offer must be submitted no later than 21 January 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
