The City of Vaasa requests tenders for the rental of digital screen locations on streets and other public areas.

The City of Vaasa invites offers for five (5) digital screen locations on streets and other public areas. Each advertising location will be tendered separately using a two-stage auction method, the second stage of which is closed, on the Huutokaupat.com service.

Two-stage auction:

In the first stage of the procedure the bidder submits a participation notice (one bid for this auction), based on which selected participants are invited

separately to a closed auction procedure (for determining the price for the lot).

Stage 1: participation notice (submitting one bid to this notice), which is not a price bid but entitles the bidder to participate in the second stage of the competition

if the city approves the bidder.

In stage 2 a bid price is made, which is the offered purchase price for the lot (a separate auction later only for invited bidders).

The city requires participation in this first stage in order to obtain the right to participate in stage 2.

The bidder must meet the bidder-related requirements (see bidder-related factors).

If the bidder does not meet the bidder-related requirements, this will lead to exclusion from the competition. If the bidder is a private individual, the city

will check the participant's credit information; a credit default record will lead to exclusion.

Those invited to the closed auction will be notified of the separate time of the closed auction and given access instructions for the auction site.

The City of Vaasa requests offers for the rental of digital screen locations on streets and other public areas. The offered price is for one year.

The intention is to conclude an agreement with the highest accepted bidder for five years + an option of two years at the offered price.
