The lot is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com during 23/12/2025–23/01/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23/01/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bid increment feature. A written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number the bid concerns. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office by 12:00 on 22/01/2026: Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the object in Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. The sales brochure is for guidance only. Therefore buyers should familiarise themselves with the object of sale before making an offer.
