The item is sold by open incremental bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 22 December 2025 and 22 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 13:00 on 22 January 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price will result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

The offer must be submitted to the Enforcement Authority in writing no later than 12:00 on the day before the sale ends to the following address:
