The property is sold by free ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 22 December 2025 and 13 January 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends on 13 January 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has recorded as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price will incur the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period. If it is not possible to submit an offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The offer must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the day before the end of the sale to the Enforcement Authority in writing to:
