Difficult to start, especially in cold weather.

The engine runs unevenly.

If the EPC warning lights up the car can go into limp mode. This happens mainly during uneven driving (for example in town with lots of accelerate–brake–accelerate).

On the road it usually does not go into limp mode even if the EPC comes on (for example after heavy braking) and you can continue driving.


You can turn the EPC off by stopping and switching off the engine briefly. The same procedure can exit limp mode. It can also be active when you start the car.
