The deadline for submitting offers ends on 11 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. Submitting a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than the working day before the end of the auction at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Any charges for transferring connection agreements are the buyer's responsibility.

The property under enforcement is sold in an online auction with automatic bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 11 January 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 09 January 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.
