By its decision of 29/09/2025 the Municipal Board of Juuka has put up for sale a commercial premises in Nunnanlahti at Kuhnustantie 10.

The building was completed in 2003. The building area is approximately 2,636 m² and the premises are arranged on two floors. The building contains retail, exhibition, office, sanitary and storage spaces, and an auditorium. There is also a service building on the property. Currently a few premises and part of the plot are leased.

The structure is a concrete frame, with stone and glass façades and a flat roof covered with roofing felt. Heating is by central water heating supplied via ducts from the neighbouring property’s heat plant. The building has mechanical ventilation and is connected to the municipal water and sewer network. The property has two electrical connections (3x250 A and 3x25 A).

The premises are located in the Nunnanlahti partial master plan area on the property Jokikumpu (176-408-0003-0062). Zoning designation is P/TP, Services and administration/Workplace area. There are 9,064 m² of building rights remaining. The total site area is 3.15 ha, of which about 2.7 ha will be separated as a standalone plot for the sale.
