The object is sold by an online auction with incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 20 November – 11 December 2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 11 December 2025 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 8 December 2025 at 12:00 at the address Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Lasarettsgatan 2–4, 20100 Åbo, or by e‑mail to: turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If the debtor continues to occupy the sold premises or keeps possessions in them, the buyer may request official assistance from the enforcement officer to carry out an eviction after the buyer has paid the purchase price. Evictions follow, as applicable, the enforcement code’s provisions on eviction. The move‑out date is set so that, unless there are compelling reasons, it will be no earlier than one week and no later than two weeks from the date the move‑out notice is received.
In the eviction procedure the buyer may be authorised to deal with low‑value or worthless movable property as they wish. The buyer must be prepared to cover any costs arising from enforcement of the eviction. In practice, if movable property has been left at the site, cleaning and disposal of that property will be at the buyer’s expense.
The buyer obtains the right of possession to the sale object once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must not use the property in a way that diminishes its value before receiving the deed of sale.
The buyer obtains ownership of the sale object upon receipt of the deed of sale. The deed is delivered when the full purchase price has been paid and the sale has become final.

Payment terms:
Deposit The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder is regarded as the buyer.
Payment period If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment period may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest shall be paid on the whole purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.
If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted.
If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer shall pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been carried out.
