The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on Huutokaupat.com during 17 November–8 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The bidding period ends at 18:00 on 8 December 2025 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid within seven days of the online auction’s end.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment deadline. Failure to pay may give rise to the buyer’s liability for compensation under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority. The written bid will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic increment rules. A written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as online bids. Written bids must be submitted to the Enforcement Authority’s Vantaa office by 5 December 2025 at 12:00.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20% deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

A maximum payment period of six weeks may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price; the payment period must be agreed separately. If an extension is granted, annual interest will be charged on the whole purchase price for the agreed period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act, from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

If no payment period is granted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid.

If payment is not made on time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price under section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the price has been paid or a new sale has been completed. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%.

The property is seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in accordance with the general auction terms applicable under the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot, the sales prospectus and the attached documents before bidding.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
