The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
