Terms of sale: The property is sold in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The online auction ends on 14 January 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction. The minimum increment in the online auction is €500.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction.

The buyer must pay the full purchase price or at least the deposit on the day the bid is accepted, unless the buyer is clearly assessed as solvent. The deposit equals 20% of the purchase price. Acceptable forms of deposit are cash, debit card or other means equivalent to cash, or a security. Payment into the official account on the day of sale is also accepted. Deposits cannot be paid by credit card. The buyer may be granted interest-bearing payment time for the purchase price of up to six weeks from acceptance of the bid (sales decision). However, ownership and right of possession cannot transfer to the buyer before the purchase price has been paid in full.
