The property is seized and will be sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and following the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. Bids apply to the purchase price payable to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that become the buyer's responsibility are listed under 'obligations and rights that transfer to the buyer' in the sales prospectus.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
