Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Participation in the auction is only possible through the electronic auction on the Huutokaupat.com website. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder has the duty and the opportunity to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller is aware of and that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction. The bidder may request further information from the seller if needed to participate in the auction.

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee for the transaction confirmer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
