Bids must be placed by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also take part in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. Seller and buyer agree to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when making the bid.

Inspection of the property

The property is sold as seen. Before bidding, the bidder must familiarise themselves with the apartment and the housing company's documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection. Before bidding the buyer may carry out any inspections and enquiries they deem necessary.

Seller-provided information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of documents relating to the property. The seller warrants they have given the buyer all information they know and that might reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The timing of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The buyer shall pay the agreed deposit within 3 days of the auction ending or from the time payment details are provided, whichever occurs first. Payment of the final purchase price and the share transfer will take place at the completion meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to conclude due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to standard compensation. In addition, the party withdrawing from the sale must reimburse the agency for costs arising from advertising / a new listing and the sale, but at least €350 + VAT 25.5%.
