This is a Kotix Oy L-model sauna-room with a mid terrace — a fully steam-ready garden sauna available for quick delivery.

NOW at a clearance price; inexpensive transport and installation can be arranged through us. Call and ask!

The building is electrified and the living area is insulated, so it is suitable for year-round use!

No building permit required!

The building has just left production — brand new and unused. Note: a Narvi stove and Jeremiah flue package will be installed before delivery. (On request we can fit a Harvia Pro 20 water-tank stove.)

Kotix Oy is a full-service Finnish cottage and sauna supplier; we can provide foundations, dismantling of an old cottage and design of a new one.

We tailor each building to your needs; all cottages are also available with log frames. We deliver the FINISHED building to the plot with a crane truck, so you can enjoy the new cottage the same day.

The building is versatile and practical thanks to separate living area and sauna plus a terrace. The living area fits, for example, a sofa bed, a dining set and a small kitchen, etc., according to your needs. A fireplace can be added for an extra €2,500. The terrace is suitable for cooling off after the sauna or for barbecuing.

You can also use the living area as guest accommodation or a home office!

Dimensions approx. 2.74 m × 10.0 m, and it can be transported as a whole on a crane truck to the cottage plot or your yard. (Ask us for a competitive quote for foundations and transport.)

• High-quality black standing-seam metal roof by Taipaleen Teräs.

• Living area fully insulated with 70 mm Finnfoam, so suitable for year-round use. (Sauna area not insulated)

• Double mains sockets in the living area: 5 pcs; one positioned at a convenient height beside the door for a small kitchen counter.

• External double socket on the terrace.

• Provision for a ceiling pendant light in the living area.

• External lighting: 3 up-and-down lights and a recessed LED lamp in the terrace ceiling.

• LED lighting under the sauna benches.

• A Narvi Kota Kuru stove and flue package will be factory-fitted. (Or, if preferred, a Harvia Pro 20 water-tank stove.)

• Sauna benches handcrafted by Finnlaude Oy (Finnish workmanship).

• Sauna floor includes a water channel with a 110 mm outlet.

• Exterior cladding pre-painted black.
