Defects and other observations

The car had been standing unused for years. I have made it roadworthy. Changed the engine oil and filter, supercharger oil, spark plugs and leads, air filter, battery, coolant, etc. The gearbox torque converter has now been repaired. The air-conditioning compressor has now been repaired and fitted with new bearings. Apparently, the cylinder head gasket(s) is/are leaking; it does not run on all cylinders continuously, and pressure sometimes builds up in the expansion tank. The summer tyres have tread left, but are old and cracked. The car is roadworthy, but I recommend collection on a trailer, for example. Sold entirely for repair.
