• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Familiarisation with the item The bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale is not covered by any seller's warranty and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. • 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, nor is VAT added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when considering a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before deciding to purchase. Always check all matters potentially relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and potentially vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
