Defects and other observations

Air suspension lowers when stationary – rises normally when started and works fine when driving.

Some rattling from the engine bay for a while on a cold start, not investigated.

Briefly test-driven. The engine has good power and the gearbox shifts OK.

Windscreen wipers do not work

The battery may need replacing, or it may not. Simply replacing the battery could fix several warning lights, for example – or not…

No condition inspection has been carried out and not all equipment has necessarily been tested, so it is sold for repair, without an MOT, in its current condition – hidden defects may be present.
