To settle the estate, the estate administrator is selling

 

124 shares in Parikkalan Valo Oy

 

of which 62 are A-series shares referred to in the Articles of Association and 62 are S-series shares.


The estate administrator appointed to the vendor’s estate will transfer and hand over, or send by registered letter, the written share certificates to the buyer without delay after payment of the purchase price.

 

The buyer must notify Parikkalan Valo Oy (0162720-0) of the sale and request the company’s consent to the sale in accordance with the Articles of Association, as well as confirmation that the right of redemption will not be exercised.

The shares are sold with all rights and obligations conferred on them by law and the Articles of Association. The right to any dividend that may be distributed for the current financial year passes to the buyer upon completion of the sale.


The buyer must declare and pay transfer tax of 1.5% arising from the sale.
