A tidy Scirocco for its next owner. It has served us in private use for about a year, and it is a well-functioning car.

The car has been well looked after. I took photos of the service book, and receipts are available for the timing chain replacement, turbo replacement, etc. A major service was carried out 6,000 km ago, including replacement of all engine service items as well as all brake discs, pads and rear callipers. The basic oil-change service carried out today is the latest service.

Equipment includes a working Webasto heater with timer, automatic climate control,

cruise control, LED auxiliary light bar, trip computer, an upgraded VW stereo with Bluetooth music streaming (the original is included), a small speaker upgrade, and an Emerald Struts boot-lid strut upgrade, allowing the boot to open automatically from the key fob or an interior button.

The winter tyres are good Hankook studded tyres. Of the summer tyres, two are reasonable Michelins and two are completely worn Kormorans, one of which is damaged, so at least two better summer tyres will need to be purchased for the summer. Both sets of tyres are fitted to original VW alloy wheels.

Generally very tidy, but there are a few small dents in the rear arches, more on the left than the right; I have taken photos. There is also a small dent in the right rear arch, which I have photographed too.

The windscreen is intact, with no significant stone chips or cracks.

The edge of the driver's seat has been repaired with a fabric patch; otherwise, the interior is tidy.

It works as a car of this age and appearance should. There are no rattles or knocks, as I always have such issues fixed immediately on my cars.
