Metsähallitus Parks & Wildlife Finland is selling a log-built shelter and woodshed on Arpaistentie in Ähtäri, to be dismantled and removed. The bid submitted for this listing includes both buildings.

Dismantling, removal and cleaning of the area must be completed by 30 September 2027. If the area has not been cleaned by the deadline, Metsähallitus will charge the buyer for the cleaning costs.

The buildings and conditions may be inspected independently. No separate viewing will be arranged. The deadline for submitting bids is 22 November 2026.

Before submitting a bid, the bidder must inspect the buildings for sale and the possibilities for dismantling and transport to a sufficient extent. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any circumstance that could have been detected during a preliminary inspection.
