Metsähallitus Parks & Wildlife Finland is selling a log-framed shed at Hämäläntie 136, Viitasaari (Kymönkoski), to be dismantled and removed.

Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the building for sale and the possibilities for dismantling and transport to a sufficient extent. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the inspection.
