Terms of Sale
This item is subject to a reserve price. Where the reserve price is met, the seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder. If the reserve price is not met, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest.
Inspection of the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the property, documents and records concerned. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to them that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.
In case of any uncertainty, the bidder must contact the seller before the auction closes.
Completion of the transaction
The sale of the property must be completed in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting.
The fee for the public purchase witness (€143 + title registration €172) or the electronic transaction service fee (€236) is paid by the buyer. The seller is responsible for drafting the deed of sale and the document costs relating to the property.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force from time to time, as well as the costs of subdividing the parcel.
Withdrawal from the transaction
Under the Finnish Land Code, a party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to completing the transaction, at least €500.
