The car was recently inspected. Within the last 2,000 km, new coilovers were fitted at the front, and brake callipers and hoses at the rear. The air-conditioning belt was replaced and seals were renewed in the air-conditioning pipes. Today, 5 October, the refrigerant was topped up and the system was found to be leak-free and working, so there should be no worries about it next summer either. The 19” wheels shown in the pictures have good-condition, lightly used friction tyres; less roadworthy studded tyres on 18” wheels are also included. The car has adjustable suspension. A straight pipe in place of the final silencer ensures that the V8 engine’s coarse sound can be fully appreciated.


The previous owner repainted the car, including the door shuts, in garage conditions. The paintwork is passable and would benefit from a proper polish. The same craftsman also obtained special BMW-545 registration plates for the car, so amusing moments at the Motonet spare-parts counter while reciting the registration number are guaranteed.
