The device is generally functional. However, not all features, functions, ports or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. The functionality stated in the listing means that the device operated during a reasonable functionality test conducted by the seller. Any defects and deficiencies known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The product’s general condition is always assessed as used goods in relation to the product’s age, usage history and comparable used products. Expressions such as good, very good, clean or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, like new or completely faultless.

If a possible defect occurs, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller to inspect the device before opening, having it repaired or modifying it.

The sale includes only the products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the photographs as belonging to the item for sale. Other movable property, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the photographs are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will be sent within 1–2 working days of payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is used.

If the buyer suspects that the product has a defect not stated in the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a sale between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing the remedy required by law.

A warranty is provided only if expressly stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects owed to consumers.
