• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was prepared may also exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller’s warranty or any right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one winning bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. • 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible offer. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
