• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspecting the item The bidder must inspect the product before making a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been identified during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a possible bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters relevant to the purchase decision before buying, including any vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
