Well-built GTI Golf, ready to go! The engine was completely rebuilt by the previous owner approximately 50,000 km ago. The car came straight from use and works very well technically. It hisses and whistles as it should! Two sets of wheels: good studded winter tyres on alloys, while the rear summer tyres are almost new and the front tyres are rather poor.

The engine was fitted with, among other things, during the rebuild:

- Forged pistons
- H-beam connecting rods
- Brand-new K03 turbo
- Cylinders bored to 0.25 oversize
- Upgraded to a larger oil pump
- 3" downpipe and sports catalytic converter
- CTS Turbo high-flow filter
- Metal blow-off valve
- All engine seals
- PCV valve and crankcase ventilation hose
- Timing belt kit

Much more has also been replaced recently, including drop links, lower ball joints and top mounts. The gearbox was serviced at the beginning of the year, and the latest engine oil service was carried out in May. An oil pressure gauge has been added to the dashboard. This car has been very well looked after and extensively serviced by the owner, so not all servicing may be recorded in the service book; however, it certainly has not been neglected. The audio system has been upgraded for greater comfort, and there is also a speaker in the boot! The final pictures show the engine rebuild. A ready-made project for more serious tuning too!

Defects and other observations

During the test drive, we noted the following:

Feels functional and fun! It hisses and rattles. The gearbox changes crisply and there are no concerns with the mechanics. However, a used car has a few points to note:

- Small knock from the front when driving over a sharp pothole

- Cracked windscreen
- Front summer tyres rather worn

We have not carried out a technical condition inspection of the car, nor tested the operation of all equipment. The car may have hidden faults that we did not notice during the test drive and inspection. However, we disclose all information known to us about each car. It is possible to test-drive and inspect the car more closely on site.

The car has not undergone a special condition check by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It might have hidden faults that we did not find during the test drive. It is possible to inspect the car in more detail before making a binding offer. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
