The item must be collected between 10:00 and 14:30 on 7 October 2026 (it must be outside by then). Collection at any other time is not possible, as the bankruptcy estate must vacate the premises.


The item is located at street level, with no stairs to climb.


The item must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance.
