For Sale

Please note that this is an automatic translation. In case of any discrepancies between the original and this translated version, the original version shall prevail.

For sale: a decommissioned concrete batching plant from Perustava Element. The plant was in use at a precast factory from 2018 to 2026; the last concrete was produced on Thursday, 1 October 2026, so this is a functioning package.
The plant dates from 1998; the automation and control system were renewed in 2019.
The package includes three aggregate silos with five cones.

The cement silos have capacities of 50 t and 60 t.
The mixer is a Lapa 1500, with a production batch size of 1,000 litres.
The heating container was manufactured by Polarmatic Oy, type OK1.
The heating container requires thorough servicing, although it was in use until autumn 2026.

Sold as a package, including the plant building, aggregate silos with cones, mixer and cement silos.

The Kivisampo sector conveyor (for filling the aggregate silos), if visible, is not included in the sale!!
Sold in the condition and as-is state in which it is at the time of listing.

The buyer is fully responsible for dismantling and removal (the seller will disconnect the plant from the water supply, electricity and compressed air).
Dismantling and removal must be completed by the end of November 2026, and dismantling may begin as soon as the sale has been completed.
