The item will be sold in an online auction arranged on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 02.10.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The enforced property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends on 02.10.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made at the auction. The person making the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Agency's official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through Huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 30.09.2026 at 12:00 to:

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer through open sale, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

NOTE! The sold item must be collected immediately after payment of the purchase price. Collection must be arranged separately with Senior Enforcement Officer Kim Mäkelä.
