The bankruptcy estate sells:

1 pc Dinox dumbbell rack + the dumbbells in the rack (dumbbell pairs 1-10 kg)

The bankruptcy estate has received the following information about the item:

• worked normally until the bankruptcy began

• all Semjen Oy equipment has been inspected and serviced in summer 2026

The item must be paid within 24 hours of the offer being accepted, and the receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16 Oct 2026 between 10.30 and 16.30, or on 19 Oct 2026 between 10.30 and 16.30. COLLECTION AT ANY OTHER TIME IS NOT POSSIBLE.

You can reach the front doors with a van (max height 285 cm and total weight 4 tonnes) + trailer. It is advisable to arrive via Klemeläntie. From Klemeläntie, turn up the hill shown in the last picture and drive straight ahead; after the underpass, the entrance doors are in front of you. If you arrive by lorry, the lorry must be left about 150 m-200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used from the doors to the lorry. Moving with a standard pallet truck is difficult because there are gentle slopes along the route.

There are no stairs at the site. Inside the gym, items can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; no assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate!
