A Hobby caravan with a very functional layout is now available. At the front of the caravan there is a U-shaped seating area that converts into a bed for two people. In the middle there is the kitchen, and in addition to standard kitchen equipment there is a gas oven. Next we come to the bedroom, which has comfortable twin beds. At the very rear of the caravan there is a full-width bathroom with a separate shower room. The whole setup is heated by an efficient Alde liquid central heating system that provides even warmth. There is also electric underfloor heating as a comfort feature. The caravan also has Dometic air conditioning, which does cool, but there is some fault in the control system, as it does not switch off except by cutting the power. Overall, the caravan is in generally tidy and well-kept condition inside. On the outside there is typical wear from age, for example some plastic panels are cracked.

Known facts:

• Gas system has been pressure-tested and approved

• Alde (3010) heater works on gas and electricity

Observed defects:

• Toilet flush is weak

• Mechanism of the middle roof hatch is jammed

• Some insect/blackout blinds function poorly

• Air conditioner does start, but does not switch off except by disconnecting the power

• Cracks in the front vertical plastics, drawbar cover and gas locker door

• Crack in the plastic at the left rear corner of the rear bumper

• Some repairs have been made to the front wall at some point

• The cabinets have been refinished at some point

• Raised moisture readings (60-70) and soft material in the front right corner of the floor

• Some kind of repairs have been carried out on the inside at the right-side wheel arch area

• Some white residue in the Alde cabinet and under the seats
